We aim to put multicultural art supplies in every U.S. elementary school by 2025 because children deserve to know they belong. You can help.

As a 501c3 non-profit organization, your tax-deductible donation to The Crayon Project allows us to purchase crayons, markers, colored pencils and other multi-cultural art supplies that allow children to truly represent their individuality and diversity while working on art projects.

Contributions to The Crayon Project can also be made by check, made payable and sent to:

“I’m telling everyone I know about this project! It’s wonderful that you all are doing this. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!”
– JEN F.

“Having crayons that match you are a blessing and it shows all children that they fit in. That they belong.”
“I absolutely love this project! Working in diverse schools has been such an incredible opportunity and I’m so happy that this project is making it possible for children to see the world in all colors.”
“Your novel idea will truly make a difference for our children. Thank you for rolling up your sleeves and being part of the change needed!”

With everything happening in our country (and the world in general), it feels more important than ever to offer multicultural art supplies to the students. I would love to connect the materials and the projects to people. Our school’s tagline is “Where learning is rooted in relationships.” I would make sure to create opportunities for the students to build relationships with the concepts, materials, people, and places through art.
